1) Each Mutual Funds Scheme has a Direct and Regular Plan, in a Direct Plan no commission is paid to the distributor. Presently we are investing in Regular Plan and commission is paid by Mutual Fund to the respective distributors.

2) Commission varies from scheme to scheme and is disclosed below.

3) In a change of Broker, no commission is paid to us on the old assets. However, in order to give the best services (Particularly with regard to capital gains/taxation reports and overall determination of broad Asset allocation ), we need to get the change of Broker done.
